Russia's first dairy farm with robotic milking systems Danish company Sac was opened in mosalsk district of Kaluga region.

Previously on such farms were used Dutch robots, correspondent reported.TASS farms Viktor Ivanov.

"On this farm for the first time in Russia in job embedded robots Danish production. In the project we invested around 20 million rubles," - said Ivanov.

The farm has 140 cows. 17-th farm in the region, built in the framework of the program "one Hundred robotic farms." A distinctive feature of the Danish robots is the fact that the installation has two places for milking, thereby increasing farm productivity in half.

"The introduction of robots are the future, and there is the farmer not to leave. If before the milk yield per cow per year was 4 thousand liters, using a robot, this volume will increase to 6-8 thousand liters per year", - said Ivanov.

The farm will be involved only two people - specialist, controlling the robot and specialist service animals. The project provides for the complete chain of production from the growing of feed to milk sales. Milk production will be implemented on the territory of Kaluga and Moscow regions.

The program "one Hundred robotic dairy farms" was launched in the Kaluga region in 2013. The implementation period of three years, only within its framework will be developed about 1 billion rubles. Buy robots made with 40% co-financing from the regional budget.

"In Kaluga farms are already working 50 robotic systems, about 60 in the Assembly stage, only the program is designed for the installation of 200 robots", said the journalist. TASS agriculture Minister Leonid Gromov.

In 2015, about 10 robotic farms will begin its work in the Kaluga region. .
