According to him, the name of the program "Five plus" consists of the participation requirements. The farms need to have five cows and more, and the yield of each forage cow shall be not less than five tons per year.

"A large milk processing company "Zolotye Luga, provides money upfront for milk procurement co-operative. The one carrying the responsibility for these funds, gives money to producers to buy animals. The owners of private farmsteads, in turn, received the funds, will pay for a supply of milk to the cooperative" — said the press service.

The company plans to allocate about 130 million rubles for the purchase of cows.

Earlier, the Governor Vladimir Yakushev has instructed agencies to develop a set of measures for more active involvement in the production of agricultural products of private farms. In his opinion, this will help to ensure a stable income for rural families, strengthen regional small business, promote competition and release a quality product.

"Given the percentage of the rural population believe that the development of PSF reduces tensions in employment and is able to bring people a stable income," — said the head of the region.
