This year's regional farmers managed to increase production of vegetables by 10.5% (to 150 thousand tons). The area provides itself with vegetables only 70%. Implementation of investment projects will allow to put into operation 15-16 ha of additional areas.

The project of JSC "Iskra" involves the construction of a greenhouse complex with an area of 12 hectares in Irkutsk district. The land plot has been selected. The project is planned construction of a greenhouse at 7.5 thousand tons of vegetables and 10 tons of potatoes.

ZAO "Agrofirm "Angara" (Ust-Ilim) is implementing a project on construction of 3,27 ha of winter greenhouses. The investment project submitted to the Ministry of agriculture of the Irkutsk region and will be considered in November.

The project of construction of 2.5 ha of winter greenhouses in JSC "Hothouse" (Angarsk district) passed the state examination and after obtaining permission for the construction will focus on the competitive selection in the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

Today investors can expect to recover 20% of the cost of construction and modernization of greenhouse complexes after the commissioning, said the Minister of agriculture of the Irkutsk region Ilya Sumarokov.
