PJSC "Akron" has launched the ramp is designed for loading of liquid ammonia in rail tank units second and third stage of production of ammonia, and put into operation in July 2016, the new unit "Ammonia-4".
The decision to build a new overpass was made in connection with an increase in capacity for production of ammonia and additional resources for the implementation of third-party consumer.

New loading rack for 30 points equipped with modern filling complexes, which allows to significantly increase the efficiency of loading and to reduce the downtime of the tank, – said the head of production of ammonia Alexey Razumov. Bay is the clock, control the filling process is as automated as possible. The total number of staff of the plot is 30 people. In addition to the loading station on the site built a new overpass of the preparation of railway tanks for 5 points, allowing to carry out a purge of the tanks for repair.

Ammonia is the key raw material for the production of nitrogen fertilizers. Enterprises of Acron Group produces two types of ammonia anhydrous liquefied ammonia and ammonia water technical. Most of the ammonia goes to domestic processing to produce mineral fertilizers.
