The project offers a new technology of growing mushrooms on coffee grounds. "We plan to work with restaurants to collect for us coffee grounds, then on its basis to form mushroom kits for home growing", — said a student of the University Alena Nikolaeva.

According to her, service may be interested in those who select an extraordinary gift, or parents who want to buy educational set for children.

"In Russia there are similar packages, but their creators are using other raw materials: mushrooms often offer to grow on straw or the husks of sunflower seeds", — said the author of the project.
