Russia has restricted the import of poultry and eggs from Slovakia
The Rosselkhoznadzor from may 27, has imposed temporary restrictions on the supply to Russia of live poultry and hatching eggs from the territory of region košice in Slovakia due to bird flu, reported on the Agency's website

The Rosselkhoznadzor since December, started to impose temporary restrictions on import of poultry and hatching eggs of those regions or countries where they were identified pathogenic avian influenza virus. In particular, there was limited supply from several regions of Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden.
