In the first half of 2017 Rostov branch of JSC "First Cargo Company" (PGK) transported more than 37 thousand tons of cargo on the platforms, 2.2-fold increase in the same period last year. The turnover in the segment increased 1.5 times and amounted to 55.2 million t-km Share of ISC in the total volume of the transport platforms in the North-Caucasian railway (SKZHD) has increased from 6% to 17%.

The main classification of traffic was goods for construction purposes, combine harvesters and spare parts production plant Rostselmash, and tractors, electrical equipment and cable.

"This year, the Rostov branch ISC at 2 times increased shipments of long steel I-beams batayskiy plant reinforced concrete structures, which are used for the construction of bridges in the regions of the southern Urals and Central black earth region. The growth indicators also contributed to the timely supply of empty rolling stock for loading, and clock control of the control unit PGK for the transportation of goods over long distances.

Cargo followed from stations SKZHD to the address of the consignees of the Russian Federation, as well as for export to Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
