The data of the Ministry of agriculture Irlandii show that this year Irish banks have been exported around 14 090 weaners, 7 449 or 112.2% more than for the corresponding period in 2016.

Most of the exports fell on the Turkey – 10 500 head of cattle, most of which were calves-weaned. Also increased export of cattle to Italy – 14 289 Irish weaners against 13 080 heads relative to the figure for the same period in 2016.

Official data show that this year the amount exported from Ireland of cattle fattening increased by 77.6%.
