The Minister of agriculture of Bulgaria rumen of Parajanov proposes to change the Law on ownership and use of agricultural land than cancels and the last restriction in the sale of agricultural land to foreigners in Bulgaria, bgnes reported.

Changes proposed due to the outbreak of the penalty procedure of the European Commission against Bulgaria because of violations of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.

Adoption of changes will allow individuals-citizens of the EU and countries outside the EU to buy agricultural land without the necessary stay in Bulgaria for more than 5 years.
