As explained by an analyst during the year the price of first grade wheat flour increased by 12%. Wheat bread of flour has risen by 19% and the price of the most popular rye-wheat bread social during the year increased by 20.9%. Moreover, as explained by the expert, the cost of a loaf of bread depends not only on the prices of flour. Flour is only half the cost of a loaf of bread, everything else is other costly components: wages, transport costs and energy taxes.

On average each month, bread added to the price of 1-1,5%. Even if the cost of flour considerably will not increase, the price of the "product number one" will still increase because of other factors, concluded Oleg Pendzin.
