"It should also be noted that in this season we do not expect a significant amount of supplies of high protein wheat on the world market. The bulk of it will be batch of grain with a protein content in the range from 11.5% to 12.5%, whose share is quite high in manufactured products," the expert added.

According to her, the weather conditions this year had a more favourable influence on the formation of organic complex of wheat in South and Volga-Ural regions, which is reflected in the increasing average values of indicators such as the level of gluten and rheological properties.

In addition, said I. Sarycheva, it should be noted objective improvement in the average results of the natural weight - in all regions of Russia most of the parties is in the range from 78 kg/HL.
