According to the document, the movement of goods in respect of which the prohibitions and restrictions on their import in the Russian Federation, are considered contraband, "virulent, toxic, poisonous, explosive, radioactive substances, radiation sources, nuclear materials, firearms or basic parts, explosive devices, ammunition, weapons of mass destruction". Under this article of the Criminal code prescribes a punishment from three to seven years.
