In the case of a decision on holding in the new agricultural year purchasing interventions on the grain market, the Ministry of agriculture of Russia offers to set the following prices per ton in all regions of the Russian Federation:

soft wheat of 1 class– 10 900 rubles inclusive of value added tax, 9 909 rubles without VAT;
soft wheat of 2nd grade – 9 900 rubles including VAT 9 000 rubles without VAT;
soft wheat of 3rd class – 8 900 rubles, VAT included, 8 091 roubles, without the VAT;
soft wheat of 4 class – 7 600 rubles, VAT included, RUR 6 909
without VAT;
soft wheat 5 grade – 6 400 rubles with VAT 5 818 rubles without VAT;
rye is not lower than 3 grade – 5 900 rubles with VAT 5 364 rubles per ton without VAT;
barley – 6 500 rubles, 5 909 rubles without VAT;
corn not lower than class 3 – 7 100 rubles including VAT 6 455 rubles without VAT;

In addition, for approval to the FAS sent a draft order of the Ministry of agriculture on the levels of minimum prices for dry milk and butter in purpose of state procurement interventions in 2018. In the case of decision making about interventions on the market of milk and dairy products Ministry of agriculture of Russia offers to set the limit levels of minimum prices based 24 100 roubles per tonne on raw milk produced on the territory of the Russian Federation:

milk, dry, skim – 224 000 rubles for ton;
for dry milk, except skim – 296 000 rubles for ton;
butter – 344 000 rubles per ton.

The mechanism of purchasing interventions on the market of milk and dairy products provides for the organization of commodity interventions through exchange trading and mandatory repurchase of products.

Decisions about the procurement of grain and milk interventions will be made depending on the situation on the domestic market.
