Agricultural production in Ukraine rose by 13.9% in the first half of 2018 in comparison with January-June 2017, the press service of the state statistics service of Ukraine.

According to the report, spending on manufacturing plants increased by 12.7%, production of livestock products — by 17.1%. Cost of equipment increased by 15.2%. It is noted that in 2017, the production costs of agricultural products in Ukraine increased by 21.8% compared with the year 2016.

Recall that in the first half of 2018, Ukraine exported agricultural products to $8.6 billion, its sales accounted for more than 37% of total exports. In 2017, it exported agricultural products to $17.8 billion
