The inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Novosibirsk region in early August, were detained at the post "Karasuk" detained about 153.5 tons of agricultural products heading from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. About it reported a press-service of the Ministry.
In the course of phytosanitary control it was found that the Kyrgyzstani suppliers tried to smuggle into the territory of Russia almost 53,2 tons of nectarines, apricots, peaches, pears, grapes, plums, strawberries, and 300 kg Chinese macadamia nuts without certificates, in packages without the appropriate markings and incorrectly filled documents.
For the same reasons, Russia couldn't get a truck from Kazakhstan, onions, grapes, nectarines, apples, plums and spicy pepper with a total weight of 100 tons.
Carriers fined, and all non-phytosanitary control of agricultural products sent back to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
REGNUM news Agency earlier reportedthat in early August, 2018 officers of the Orenburg regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor banned the import to Russia of 214 tonnes of agricultural products from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Turkestan suppliers tried to bring the agricultural products with invalid phytosanitary certificates and documents with false information about the cargo.
