Then the parties discussed the state of the market and key issues that need to be addressed in the interests of domestic manufacturers of bearings and engineering in General. One of the main topics was the problem of counterfeit products.

"Today, the Russian market received a large volume of counterfeit goods which negatively affects the quality of the equipment and its operation. Many factories claim that they are domestic manufacturers, but use in its bearings components from China. For their delivery to Russia used various illegal schemes. The problem is very serious", - said Vyacheslav Pronin.

According to Roman Kuleshova, bearings are the key components of machines, which ensure safety. It is necessary to strengthen the fight against counterfeiting, which significantly inhibits the development of component manufacturing and engineering.

This task must be solved by joint efforts of industry associations, relevant state authorities and manufacturers. Therefore, the parties agreed to cooperate in this direction. One of the first steps will be to develop quality standards for the produced bearings with the participation of the Association "Rosspetsmash", the Union of manufacturers of bearings "MRK Bearing" and Russian market players.
