Food production in Kazakhstan for 8 months increased by 1.6%
The volume of food production in Kazakhstan in January-July 2019 amounted to 898,9 billion tenge ($2.32 billion), which is 1.6% more than in the same period of 2018. The share of dairy products accounted for 18.2 per cent of the total production of food industry, flour and starch products — by 17.5%, and in processing and preserving of meat to 16.4%.
