As noted by the company's management, launched in 2013, the subsidy program discounts on equipment provided by the Russian Government resolution No. 1432, which significantly increased the availability of modern equipment for Russian farmers, and also gave a powerful impetus to the development of agricultural machine-building enterprises.

- One of the most important enterprise was the project with co-financing of the Fund development industry of the Russian Federation for the development of wide span Citan and Condor drills with the achievement criteria of localization outlined in the Government Resolution No. 1432. In the framework of the project in 2016-2017, it carried out the construction of a new building, launched a new paint line, purchased manufacturing equipment, expanded and upgraded warehouse of components and spare parts. The total investment in production together with the project FRP in 2016-2017 amounted to about 270 million rubles. In 2017, its production area has increased by 30%.

In the framework of the program of modernization of production in 2018 JSC "evrotekhnika" launched the modern high-precision welding robot, which allows to optimize the manufacturing process of components for modern wide-cut sowing machines and enhance productivity.

Growth of volumes of production of JSC "evrotekhnika" and increase the depth of localization techniques has required the expansion of the production area. The decision was made to lease. During the year, the leased area was fully transferred Assembly of the entire line of sprayers JSC "evrotekhnika". Also there was organized a warehouse of spare parts with all necessary logistics equipment and the possibility of direct shipment of finished machines. Today, in a separate production unit of the organized Assembly and final Assembly and integrated quality control sprayers a series of UX and UG, 9 and 12 meter drills of a family of EDX, disc harrows Catros and assemblies for application of liquid fertilizer FDC.

JSC "evrotekhnika" continued development of new territories. Reconstruction of two new buildings, where the areas of machining and manufacturing Assembly tooling, pilot area, as well as the production site of the production of seeders DMC. In a short time the new space was fully incorporated into the production process.

A promising direction of the company is exporting to neighboring countries, as well as parts to Germany. Its share in revenues increased from 0.5% in 2016 to 5% in 2019.

Due to the development of new export capacity in 2019 for the first time in the history of the Samara plant two planter DMC, the production of which is fully localized in JSC "evrotekhnika" was exported to Canada. With the implementation of the export project is also linked to the first experience of installing ISOBUS-terminals in the Russian company Amazone. Both drills are equipped with ISOBUS-terminal with innovative technology transfer and information exchange, it can be used to set and control the seeding rate for each individual dispenser. One of the cars as additional options equipped with a device for sowing of oilseed rape – one of the main business cultures of Canada.

Despite the harsh conditions of a pandemic, the company continues to work and produce the required output. By order of the Government of the Samara region "eurotechnica" is included in the list of strategic organizations and officially recognized as particularly important for the region's economy. Later by decision of the Government Commission on sustained development of the Russian economy in the purview of the Ministry of industry and trade of evrotekhnika, OOO was included into the list of strategic organizations of the country in which the government guarantees the help on the background of the crisis that started because of a pandemic coronavirus. In a crisis, the plant can apply for various government support measures, including soft loans for working capital etc. This gives confidence in the future of the enterprise and emphasize its importance for industry and the economy.
