State grain Agency of Egypt GASC tender on July 28, bought 120 thousand tons of soft milling wheat with delivery 01-10 September 2016, reports the News Agency Grain Online.

There were purchased:

• 60 thousand tons of Russian wheat from ADM company at a price 168.85 $/tonne FOB, with the rate of sea freight 7.51 $/ton = 176.36 $/ton C&F;

• 60 thousand tons of Romanian wheat from company at a price of 169.90 $/tonne FOB, with the rate of sea freight 8.09 $/ton = 177.99 $/ton C&F;

In comparison with the previous tender on July 15, the price of Russian wheat on FOB basis rose by 2.05 $/ton, and the Romanian 2.23 $/ton.

From tender to tender increasing bid prices and caused so much modest (2 cargos) purchase an abundance of applications.
