This was stated to journalists by the head of the Ministry Alexander Tkachev. "The compensation we are going to do with the month of October, I hope. And they are largely stabilize the market, not only in the centre but also in remote areas. Thus we take not only the surplus grain in the South, but also from Siberia and the Urals. There's never the export is not expected,"he said.

The application of this measure will remove from the market about 3 million tons of surplus grain and stabilize prices, not only in Central but also in remote regions of Russia, said the head of the Ministry of agriculture.

"Given the demand for grain in these regions, the price has always been undervalued ruble or two, and that made grain production is not very efficient, not very profitable in these areas, and this is no less than about 70% of the volume of grain which is remote from the center and South port areas. Of course, this measure will allow to remove surpluses, increase exports and give the opportunity for the entire territory of Russia to make decent money", — said Tkachev.

Earlier, the Ministry of agriculture has proposed to boost export of grain to spend 3 billion roubles on payment of railway tariffs for transporting grain for export from Siberia, the Urals, the Volga region and Center to southern ports.
