In 2013-2017 an average of about 91.5% of the total sales of flour were wheat and wheat-rye flour. The proportion of rye flour amounted to about 7.5% of the total. The remaining 1,0% of sales were to other types of products.

According to the forecast of BusinesStat, in 2018-2019 gg sale of flour in the country will increase by 1.1 and 0.5% respectively, which is due to the low base of comparison and the expected decrease in the price of flour due to high grain harvest in 2017 in 2020-2022 gg sale of flour in the country will be annually reduced by 0.3-0.5% per year.
