Milk producers offer bailout measures for the branch
Farmers consider state support of the branch inefficient and offer to revamp its structure.

The dairy animal husbandry of Russia is close to a meltdown, agrarians claim. This year milk production in the country falls 4-5% a month, investments into the branch don't arrive,
large plants turn bankrupt and the branch will get into long crisis in case
urgent measures are not taken.
Farmers blame inefficiency of state support, uncontrollable tariffs growth for energy
carriers and other resources. Heads of the largest enterprises of Vladimir
region offered bailout measures for dairy animal husbandry in an open letter
published on the site of Soyuzmoloko.
The measures include prolongation of operating agricultural credits terms till 15
years, creation of protection tools against penalties of banks and change of
state support structure.
