The penalty for entrepreneurs without a legal entity, will be from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles for legal entities - from 100 thousand to 150 thousand rubles with confiscation of subjects of an administrative offence, or without such. The Supervisory body appointed CPS - he will draw up protocols on administrative offences in such cases.
