To ensure stable domestic prices in the domestic market, the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation with 30.09.2014 launched the mechanism of procurement interventions season 2014/15.

Today joined trading just one new company, in the end, with the start of trading, the number of participants grew to 77 companies.

During the exchange trading of grain interventions on 15 October 2014 purchased 28,755 thousand tons of grain or 73,70 % of the declared purchase 39,015 thousand tons, the Volume of transactions amounted to $ 159,681 million rubles.

Forage barley remained in the favorites procurement interventions. Immediately 9,315 thousand tons were purchased in the Omsk region, 2,025 thousand tons in the Krasnoyarsk region and 1,620 tons purchased in the Novosibirsk region.

Wheat class 3 purchased almost equal parties in Omsk oblast and Krasnoyarsk Krai - 2,295 and 2,025 thousand tons, respectively.

The entire volume of the wheat class 4 (2,700 tons) was purchased in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Party in 3,105 thousand tons of wheat class 5 acquired in the Krasnoyarsk region and even 1,620 thousand tons in the Omsk region.

2,700 tonnes of rye purchased in the Saratov region , and 1,350 thousand tons in Bashkortostan.

Sold during the auction:

wheat class 3 in the amount of 4,320 thousand tonnes or $ 27,648 million rubles

wheat class 4 in the volume of 2,700 thousand tonnes or $ 17,415 million rubles

wheat class 5 in the amount of 4,725 thousand tonnes or $ 28,350 million rubles

rye is not lower than class 3 in the amount 4,050 thousand tonnes or $ 19,524 million rubles

forage barley in the amount of 12,960 thousand tonnes or $ 66,744 million rubles

Compared with the previous trading day at 1,755 thousand tons increased volume of purchases of wheat of 3 class. The 4th class wheat was purchased at 2,700 tons more. And buying wheat grade 5 increased by 3,780 thousand tons. Barley was purchased on 6,345 thousand tonnes less than the previous trading day. Reduced procurement rye - 2,024 thousand tons.

Weighted average price of the purchased grain intervention Fund amounted to:

on wheat class 3 - 6 400,0 rubles per ton (0,0%);

on wheat class 4 - 6 450,0 rubles per ton (+0,78%);

on wheat class 5 - 6 000,0 rubles per ton (-1,64%);

for feed barley - 5 150,0 rubles per ton (+0,06%);

on rye class 3 - 5 087,5 rubles per ton (-0,25%) in the Republic of Bashkortostan

4,687,5 rubles per ton (-0,27%) in the Saratov region

During the auction, October 15 class 4 wheat have increased in price 0,78%, and wheat class 5 and rye lost value of 1.64% and about 0.26%, respectively.

The winners of today's trades were 21 organizations with which JSC "UGC" will be concluded contracts of sale.

Just since the beginning of the state grain interventions season 2014/15 purchased on the stock exchange 141 325 tons of grain totaling 780 480 500 rubles.
