Many foreign companies operating in Russia, after the embargo was a problem saving the share of sales on the Russian market.

"Last week I met with a representative of the company Valio, they are very concerned about what is happening in their company. 90% of raw materials were exported from Finland. Today this is not possible, and they are looking for solutions to this problem", - said the Minister of agriculture and food, Moscow region, Dmitry Stepanenko during the press-conference devoted to the first International agricultural dairy forum.

One option, according to Dmitry Stepanenko, which sees the company Valio is the opening production on the territory of Moscow region.

"But if you dig deeper, we see the following picture: the money invested in the Moscow region, were earned not here. They did in Finland, then in the framework of the refinancing again went to the Moscow region or other regions to carry out the manufacture or directly performing the work processing plants", - quotes The Minister DairyNews.

The Ministry of agriculture and food, Moscow region proposed Valio version of the franchise.

"Then they must be willing to invest in production, to share their brand, so as not to reduce the share of sales on the shelves. To the question about willingness to move in this direction, the company responded positively, considering the current situation", - says Dmitry Stepanenko.

"We believe that dialogue should be completely open. When restricting access to the market of finished goods, foreign investment can be for us a very interesting and attractive. We are not going to abandon the possibility of foreign investors with the aim of creating enterprises in the region and the whole country", - said Deputy Chairman of the Government of Moscow region Denis Butsaev, answering the question about the participation of foreign companies and associations in the upcoming first International agribusiness dairy forum.

Recall, at the moment the company Valio in Russia has one of its own production in the Moscow region (Yershovo), which produces processed cheese brand "viola". In the Leningrad region is the product Valio on a contract basis the plant Galaxy in the Gatchina district.
