Finland's largest manufacturer of dairy products - concern Valio in the near future will reduce approximately 170 employees in Finland because of the economic difficulties that arose on the background of the export ban in Russia dairy products introduced after RF agreenberg. This is stated in the common message of concern.

From this number, explained in a company of about one hundred will be dismissed, and the rest, in particular, will be able to retire or take advantage of other options that will be offered by the employer.

In the message Valio noted that initially it was planned to reduce from 140 to 210 people.

"The reason for the cuts was the difficult market situation, production-related and economic reasons", - said in a press release.

The second reduction

This is the second reduction in the personnel of the Finnish company. On the background introduced by Russia of the moratorium on the purchase of food products from the EU Valio in August decided not to renew 126 of temporary employment contracts and send about 800 people on unpaid leave.
