"The total investment in the project will amount to approximately 120-130 million, including 100 million rubles loan from SME Bank. The Bank kept the rate on the best level of 10.9% per annum", - he said.

As reported by SME Bank, the loan is issued for a period of seven years. Previously Vice-Governor of the Tomsk region Andrew Knorr reported that the regional authorities plan to compensate for the enterprise part of the cost of creating the region's first cheese.

"The company opens shop considering the fact that the Ayrshire breed cows, whose milk she is able to buy, can produce syroprigodnogo milk. We will help, we plan to offset the cost of purchasing equipment", - said the official.

What cheese will produce

Bagreev said that the plant will produce natural cheese on Italian equipment - cheese, Suluguni, Adyghe cheese, mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Production volume will be 40 tons per month, the company plans to cover the entire need of the Tomsk region in this product.

The shelf life of the Tomsk cheeses, unlike their foreign counterparts, contain preservatives and stabilizers will be small, and the price is lower due to the absence of transport costs.
