During the meeting the acting Governor Alexander Bogomazov with a delegation of the group of companies "IN-invest" was discussed implementation of large-scale investment project on construction in the Bryansk region of large meat-dairy complex. This, as reported in the press service of the government of the region.

The delegation included the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the Committee on agrarian issues of Omahan Umakhanov, the President of group of companies "IN-invest" Abid Nasir, President of Emirates Capital Eric Essinger and Vice-President of group of companies "IN-invest" Anatoly Kopylov. The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the Bryansk regional Duma Vladimir Popkov.

According to the draft submitted by the investors, agrotechnopark "Bryansk" should consist of four modules, most of which will dairy complex of mega-farms with high yielding animals, cheese, baby milk plant nutrition and plant for the production of dairy products with extended shelf life. We also plan to create genetic center with a unique for Russia's level of technology. Another module will be complex for the production of poultry and commercial eggs. The project envisages the creation of a powerful plant complex and the module is engaged in the processing of organic waste for biofuels and other technical products. The production is proposed to place in Sescom and Navlinskoy areas. In the area of infrastructure several villages of this region will be upgraded, in addition, will be created over six thousand jobs.

"Bryansk region we have chosen not by chance - said at the meeting Abid Nasir. Is the region in which perfectly grow many crops favourable conditions for livestock. And, more importantly, there is a very good investment climate. We see the attitude of the head of the region Oleksandr Bogomazov on open cooperation, clear conditions for public-private partnership. Russia is very attractive for investment. And it is a pity that today the country is living in the atmosphere of sanctions. We need to understand that investing in Russia - everyone benefits".

According to the calculations of investors, the entire project cost of more than 14 billion rubles should be built for 10-12 years. "We want to accelerate the implementation of this plan in life - said the head of the region. - We are ready to provide a number of tax benefits to the investor for the first six or seven years."
