The draft order is placed on the portal disclosure of legal information. "The calculations used the average producer prices for August-September 2014, as due to high export demand mass marketing of grain was produced in a specified period", - stated in the explanatory note to the draft.

Currently, the wheat harvest 2014 purchased in the intervention Fund at a price of 10-10,1 thousand rubles per ton.
