Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov held in Kazan on a working meeting with coordinating Minister for economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Sofyan Calil.

The sides expressed interest in developing cooperation in the agricultural sector. In particular raised questions about the possible increase in the supply of Indonesian fishery products to Russia and Russian grain, beef, mutton, poultry meat, meat products and poultry products in Indonesia. It is noted that the representatives of the ministries of the two countries responsible for the security of supply of agricultural products, are in constant interaction.

The meeting also touched on the issue of supplies of palm oil from Indonesia and technical regulation of these products on the territory of the Russian Federation.
