Minister of agriculture and foodstuff of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov has met with member of the Board of the Foundation Dutch-Russian livestock Jeroen Keizer, during which the parties outlined cooperation in the field of staff training, investing in various projects, as well as the introduction of new technologies - reported in the Ministry.

Priority areas of cooperation the sides named the meat and dairy farming, poultry farming, plant growing, production and processing of food and agricultural products.

The Minister noted that Dutch businessmen of today, there are over 20 companies in the country. Among them we can mention the holding company of CJSC "agrosila group" (cultivation of grain, technical and fodder crops, production of livestock and poultry, purchase and processing of grain), OOO "Kama bacon" (livestock and meat production), OOO UK "Krasny Vostok agro" (manufacture of milk and dairy products) and several others.
