The Ministry of agriculture is implementing a program update training base of agricultural Universities, which schools allocated 500 million rubles for the purchase of modern samples of domestic agricultural machinery. The Program is being funded from the anticrisis Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation, whose main purpose is the provision of efficient import substitution of high-tech products.
