From that moment on, has already started the discussion of contracts between business entities of Russia and Palestine. From this country is expected to import citrus and olive oil. Counter from Russia can enter the wheat. Thus, we know about the conclusion of the first such contract for the supply of 70 thousand tons of Russian wheat.

Meanwhile, the trade turnover between Russia and Palestine was little more than $3 million a year, of which Palestinian exports - about $200 thousand. The co-Chairman intergovernmental Russian-the Palestinian Commission for trade-economic cooperation Maxim Topilin, the reason is obvious: Russia practically is not conducted before negotiations with the Palestinian side, even from the point of view of the basic understanding of the documents required for export of their products.

More than 90% of Palestinian exports have on neighbouring Israel and Jordan.

According for 2014, the total volume of Palestinian exports to all countries totaled $920 million. In the structure of exports is dominated by building stone (18%), fruits, vegetables, spices (10%), furniture (5,34%), scrap metal (5,2%), textiles (4.2 percent), olive oil (2.1 percent).
