As pointed out by the Finance Ministry, the average price of Urals oil for the monitoring period from 15 December 2016 to 14 January 2017 amounted to $52,53 per barrel or $383,5 per ton. Thus, according to the calculations of the Ministry, the export duty on oil in Russia from February 1, 2017 will increase by $10.4 to $89,5 per ton.

The duty on highly viscous oil will rise to $13,9 $12. Preferential rate of duty on oil for a number of deposits of Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye field in connection with new formula, adopted in the framework of the tax maneuver in the oil industry, will remain (1 February 2015) at zero.

The duty on light oil products and oil will be $26,8 for ton, on dark — $89,5. The export duty on commercial gasoline will rise to $26.8 million, naphtha (nafta) — up to $49,2 $43,5 per ton.

The duty on liquefied gas will remain at a zero level, and the duty on coke would increase to $5.8 from $5.1 per ton.
