In December 2016, beef (except boneless meat) in Russia cost an average 315,02 RUB/kg which is 0.1% more than the previous month and 0.03% higher than in December 2015. Since the beginning of the year, the price rose by 0.9%. This is the maximum price for this product is October 2015.

For the period from January 2014 the minimum price of beef recorded in January 2014 245,10 RUB/kg; the maximum is in October 2015: 315,08 RUB/kg.

The most expensive beef in December 2016, were sold in the far Eastern Federal district (RUB 406,23/kg), the cheapest – in the Siberian (285,10 RUB/kg).
