Temporary restrictions are imposed from March 29, 2017 in respect of Pardubice, Prague, Karlovy vary, Plzen regions of Czech Republic and act on the import and transit of live poultry and hatching eggs.

In these regions of the Czech Republic discovered pockets of highly pathogenic avian influenza, announced in the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for Nizhny Novgorod region and the Republic of Mari El.

Previously the restrictions were imposed against a number of other regions of the country. Thus, the import of poultry eggs banned from Central Bohemian region, South Bohemian, South Moravian, Liberec, Moravia-Silesia, Ústí, Pardubice, Prague, Karlovy vary, Plzen regions of the Czech Republic.
