The Russian project, built on the new technology of freezing AEF (Acoustic Extra Freezing), launching on the market. Now the products can be frozen by the sound while keeping the cell structure of food. The AEF technology, according to experts of the Russian research Institute of fisheries and Oceanography (VNIIR), after freezing keeps Mature cells.
