"During the reporting period, farmers purchased tractors of 5.77 thousand (January-June 2016 – 5,655 thousand), 2.69 thousand combine harvesters (2,459 thousand), 309 forage harvesters (362)," – said the press service of the Ministry of agriculture.

It is also noted that in 2017, the Ministry of agriculture subsidize the purchase 7397 units of agricultural machinery for total amount of RUB 22.5 billion the total Amount of paid subsidies to agricultural producers amounted to 5.7 billion rubles allocated from 2017 14 billion rubles.
