In Uzbekistan up to January 1, 2021 abolished and excise duties on import in the Republic of tractors and trucks for transportation of fruits and vegetables. About it it is spoken in the decree of the President of Uzbekistan, published April 4 in the national database of legislation.

According to this document benefits relate to wheeled tractors for semi-trailers, trucks with a curb weight up to 20 tons, trailers and semitrailers.

Currently, the total size of the excise and import duties on the above vehicle can reach 70% of their original value.

According to the decree, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev also instructed to create a clustered form, fruit and vegetable production and involvement in it in 2019.

As reported IA REGNUM, in early February, the government had adopted new rules for duty-free import of goods. Duty not levied on goods worth up to $2 thousand, which are imported by air transport.
