A fivefold increase was noted in the segment of construction cargoes, the volume of which in August 2018, made up of 75.2 thousand tons.

According to the head of the Department of transportation on the platforms of JSC "FGC" Andrey Shelkovnikov, the Company continues to work, including small and medium enterprises in the development of transportation concrete products and crushed stone on universal platforms.

"The volume of construction cargoes on platforms is growing steadily. For example, if in August we moved about 700 platforms for AO Bashkiravtodor, at the September stated AO Bashkiravtodor traffic volume of rubble is already 750 cars. Development of cooperation with enterprises, ship construction aggregates, very promising. Two or three years ago, few people thought about the possibility of loading bulk cargo on a universal platform, and today we see that the experience of our technology solutions are being adopted by other participants of the rail market, attracting extra volume of goods on the railway", – said Andrey Shelkovnikov.

In August of 2018 also increased the volume of traffic on the platforms of JSC "FGC" to last year: timber – 2.4 times (up to 35 tons) equipment – 2.1 times (up to 10.5 thousand tonnes).

In the reporting period, the largest increase in loading to the level of last year on a universal platform of JSC "FGC" is marked on the polygons of the East Siberian – 5 times (up to 14 thousand tons), South Ural – by 2.7 times (up to 52.3 thousand tons), October – in 2 times (up to 13.3 thousand tons), Sverdlov 1.7% (to 48.2 thousand tons) and other Railways.
