Miratorg is a leading investor in the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation. Currently on the territory of the region the agricultural holding is implementing a project to increase the processing of pork to 1 million tonnes per annum to fully meet the domestic Russian market in quality and affordable meat products of wide range, as well as the development of the industry export potential in the framework of the tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation to expand Russian exports of agricultural products.

APH "Miratorg" commenced laying the Foundation of the country's largest high-tech complex for the slaughtering and processing of pigs in April 2018. Currently at the construction site commenced laying of external sewer networks, desbrieres completed work on the installation of the Foundation of the two sites. Materials for construction are purchased, including more than 20 suppliers in the Kursk region. A significant amount of procurement are: concrete, cement, brick, sand, concrete products, beams, lumber.

In November of the current year the Agroholding plans to begin construction of treatment facilities of the enterprise. And in 2020, to start the processing workshop and to market its first products.

The plant will create several thousand new jobs for residents of the region and provide more than 3 billion rubles of additional tax payments in budgets of all levels after the plant at full capacity.
