Miratorg is the number 1 manufacturer of beef in Russia. Infrastructure project of the holding for rearing dairy cattle, in which investments amounted to 3 billion, was launched in 2017 on the basis of the dairy farm "Agrofirm Blahodatinskoe". And to date, is unique for Russia: it is the country's only farm producing pink veal in industrial scale.

At the beginning of the current year, the company has reached the planned capacity and plans to the end of the year to produce more than 7.8 thousand tons of pink veal live weight. By the end of September 2018, the farm contains more than 20 thousand heads of young cattle, which is more than 1.5 times higher than in the previous year. "Miratorg" supplies to the farm's own livestock, and purchases of dairy calves from more than 40 dairy producers from 22 regions of Russia.

Rose veal – a valuable dietary product. To achieve natural pink color of meat calves fattened on the farm for a special Dutch until the age of 8 months. In breeding we use only natural high quality feed without the use of hormones and growth stimulants.

Slaughter and meat processing of young animals is conducted on a high-tech plant in the Bryansk region, included in APH "Miratorg". The company meets the highest international requirements for quality and safety of products and allows for deep cutting and processing of cattle.
