New case of swine fever recorded in the South-West of China
In the Chinese province of Sichuan in southwest China confirmed a new case of African swine fever, reports the July 17 Xinhua news Agency.

Flash recorded on a farm in the County Zsazsa Leshan, where they grow 102 pigs. 21 of them the animal was infected, according to the Ministry of agriculture, referring to the report of the Chinese center of animal disease.

 
 
 
 
The place were sent to the team for disinfection and destruction of infected animals. Currently, the transportation of pigs and pork products in the territory and outside the province are prohibited.

Note that swine fever is not dangerous to humans and animals other than pigs. The first case of infection with this virus in China was reported in August 2018.
