"During the bilateral meeting, the Federal service for veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance and the Secretariat for the protection of plants and animals of the Ministry of agriculture, livestock and supply of Brazil signed a veterinary certificate for export of beef and beef products accompanied by which such supplies from the Russian Federation to Brazil can be started immediately", — stated in the message.

The Ministry added that the work on obtaining access to the Russian beef and beef products to Brazil began in 2015.

While the right to supply beef to Brazil provided one Russian company — LLC "Bryansk meat company". It previously checked out by Brazilian inspectors.
