The Rosselkhoznadzor may prohibit lactose-free milk from Finland because of the discovery of antibiotics in the production of Valio. About TASS reported by the head of Department Sergey Dankvert.

Dankvert said that on the border veterinary service makes rapid analysis of milk no lactose, and only then let the party in the country. The sample on the content of antibiotics in milk are part of the ongoing monitoring and processing takes a longer time, so the test results became known after the party went into the retail network, said the head of the service.

Lactose-free milk company Valio (Finland) among other products fell under the Russian response food sanctions. Later products without lactose were excluded from the sanctions list at the request of the consumers of special meals.

Milk without the lactose content is not produced in Russia, some Russian companies have opened up lines for production of lactose-free products, but later turned them due to their unprofitability and lack of demand.

Following this statement the Finnish Valio group denied the possibility of the presence of antibiotics in lactose-free milk, which comes to Russia. This was reported by the TV company "Julia" a spokeswoman Pia Kontunen.

"We carefully studied antibiotics. Thanks to our quality control, hit them in milk or cheese just impossible," she said.

According to Kontunen, the Finnish company has not received the results of the study samples of her products by Russian specialists.
