According to him, thanks to the guarantees of the regional authorities, the company received a loan until growth rates of currencies managed to buy a large part of the necessary equipment. He stressed that the authorities pay great attention to this project because it is an import substituting and involves deep processing of milk.

Previously Director of the company Artem Bagreev told TASS that the dairy attracted a loan from SME Bank /group VEB/ $ 100 million rubles for the production of cheese. Total investment in the project will amount to approximately 120-130 million.

The plant will produce natural cheese on Italian equipment - cheese, Suluguni, Adyghe cheese, mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Production volume will be 40 tons per month, the company plans to cover the entire need of the Tomsk region in this product.

The shelf life of the Tomsk cheeses, unlike their foreign counterparts, contain preservatives and stabilizers will be small, and the price is lower due to the absence of transport costs.
