On major agricultural markets has remained stable situation.

The grain market. As of September 22, 2016 average export price of soft wheat in USA (Gulf of Mexico) amounted to $ 159. USA/ton. During the week the price increased by $ 2. USA/tonne (+1.2 percent).

According to operative data of the Federal customs service of Russia on September 21, 2016 2016/2017 in the current agricultural year exported crops 7 830 thousand tons (including wheat – 6 588 thousand tonnes, barley – 1 075 thousand tons, corn – 136 thousand tons, other crops – 33 thousand tons, which is 9% lower than the same period last season (8 582 thousand tons).

As at 19 September 2016 the wholesale prices in the European part of the country for wheat flour was 16 115 RUB./ton (+0.1% for the week, and 1.9% YTD), flour of rye — 12 365 rubles/tonne (+2,0%,+ 6.4% from the beginning of the year).

The market of meat and meat products. In January-August 2016 the production of livestock and poultry for slaughter (in live weight) in farms of all categories amounted to 8.3 million tonnes and in comparison with the similar period of 2015 increased by 5.2%.

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 23.09.2016 of beef half-carcasses amounted to 200,07 thousand RUB/tonne, pork half – carcasses- 161,95 thousand RUB./ton for chicken carcasses – 102,56 thousand RUB./ton.

The market of milk and dairy products. In January-August 2016 the gross milk yield in farms of all categories totaled 21.4 million tons, which practically corresponds to the level of the same period last year.

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 23.09.2016 on raw milk made up 22.06 rubles/kg.

The sugar market. Continues processing of sugar beet. According to the Union of sugar producers of Russia as of 19 September 2016 71 operates a plant for processing sugar beet.
