According to the Minister in the Republic now major players in the dairy industry-and small and medium enterprises, large industrial enterprises in the region not so much.

In the framework of realization of the program of development of dairy branch of the Republic of Bashkortostan till 2030 it is planned to create 25-30 large industrial livestock farms. By 2030 it is planned to increase the dairy herd to 60-70 thousand heads of highly productive cattle.

By 2030 it is planned to increase production of marketable milk 500 thousand tons in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that the largest producer of milk in the country, the company EkoNiva-APK holding plans to implement large investment projects in dairy cattle breeding on the territory of the Republic.

According to the Center for the Study of the Dairy Market milk production in the Republic by the end of 2017 amounted to 715 thousand tons (corporate farms and individual farms), which is 9,6% more than in 2013. That is, by 2030, the volume of milk production in the Republic should reach 1200 tons. In 1987 on the territory of the Republic was made 1758,8 thousand tons of raw milk.
