Elena Stafeeva commented that evidence of rising grain prices appeared some time ago, but to the collective, apparently, is not reached.

– Perhaps we are talking about increasing the value of food grains, it is necessary to take into account the division by type. Wheat, oats, barley, grain maize, the new harvest which is still there – with each culture, the situation varies. Rather, the increase in prices started from the South, because from there begins the harvest. As for the Urals, the perception that the price of grain grew and the grain is "in flight" no, – said the Executive Director of the Union of cattle breeders of Ural.

Stafeeva added that in connection with the emergence of a new harvest, the price of feed protein is reduced. All summer prices on protein feeds kept at a very high level.

This year the meal cost at the level of 19 rubles. The price has not dropped so low as is usually the case. With regard to coarse grains and wheat, we in the Urals was a slight uptick in the price in may rose to 8 rubles, but did not last long, – said the expert.

According to Stafeeva, this happens when the new harvest yet, and stocks running out. But last year marked a record crop and grain enough.

– Hope that the price will be higher, but still difficult. Cornmeal 8-9 rubles we have not yet buy, and food grains will be a little: the summer was short and not too hot – concluded Stafeeva.
