"It is proposed to zero duty on the export of wheat before 1 July 2018", — he said.
As the head of the Russian grain Union (RGU) Arkady Zlochevsky, the final decision can be made in the near future.
"The meeting discussed two scenarios - zero duty until July 1, 2018 or cancellation fees. Most likely, the decision will be made about the zeroing. The final decision will be made soon - the day after tomorrow", — said the head of the Russian grain Union.
